Canadian Shipping

We currently ship across Canada only.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
Shipping times and rates vary depending on your location — please allow additional time for rural or remote areas.

We’re working hard to ensure your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. If you have questions about delivery, we’re happy to help.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Our products are currently available to Canadian customers only.

We hope to expand access in the future — and we’ll share updates via our email newsletter / social channels.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items.

However, we want you to be satisfied with your experience. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at solutionsinclusio@gmail.com. We’ll work with you to provide a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Please include your order number, a brief description, and photos (if applicable).

Return Costs

If a return or replacement is approved, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping in the case of:

  • Damaged or defective items;

  • Shipping errors (wrong product sent).

We do not cover return shipping for change-of-mind purchases or user error. If you're unsure about a product before purchasing, feel free to reach out — we're happy to guide you.

30-Day Window for Issues

While we cannot accept returns on opened items, we do allow a 30-day window from the date of delivery for any product-related concerns — including packaging issues, product performance, or fulfillment errors.
